Personal and ecclesial faith

Faith involves trusting God and freely accepting what God reveals. It engages understanding and will; it is neither a blind refusal to ask questions nor knowledge achieved without grace. The believer’s personal response is sustained by the Church’s shared profession, worship, and witness. Questions, growth, and the need for help belong within the life of faith.
