Human openness to God

Questions about existence, truth, goodness, beauty, and human longing can open a path toward God. Catholics hold that reason can reach real knowledge of the Creator, while revelation brings us into a relationship reason alone cannot produce. Arguments for God deserve careful examination, as do the experiences and objections of people who do not believe.
