Christ's resurrection

Select a passage to highlight, add a note, or link it to a learning path.

The resurrection is the center of Christian hope: the crucified Jesus truly lives in a transformed bodily life. The Gospel witnesses describe continuity with the Jesus they knew and a new mode of existence beyond ordinary biological resuscitation. The resurrection confirms his identity and opens the promise of renewed life for humanity. It is inseparable from the cross and the apostolic proclamation.
